Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and solu77 ("solu77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the solu77 online gaming platform available at solu77.net, including all products, services, features, and content offered therein.

By completing the solu77 account registration process, by logging in to an existing solu77 account, or by placing any wager, making any deposit, or otherwise using any part of the solu77 platform, you confirm and agree that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation or qualification;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms, including the minimum age requirement of 18 years;
• You are accessing the solu77 platform in a personal capacity for recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party;
• You acknowledge that online gaming involves real-money wagering and carries a risk of financial loss.

solu77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, solu77 will provide advance notice via the email address registered on your account or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the solu77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English, which is the governing language for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding, and in the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the solu77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a solu77 account or to participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform. One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active solu77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same identity details or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify solu77 support immediately via [email protected].

Account Registration and Verification

Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on solu77, you must complete the account registration process in full. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process.

Identity Verification (KYC)

solu77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. As part of this programme, solu77 may request the following documents from any account holder at any time:

• Proof of Identity: National identity card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID issued by a Bangladesh authority;

Account Credentials

You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your solu77 account will be treated as having been authorised by you regardless of whether you were personally in control of the account at the time.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify solu77 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

solu77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. solu77 does not accept cash payments or transfers from third-party bank accounts not registered in the player's own name.

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the solu77 platform. The standard minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Specific limits applicable to your chosen payment method and account tier will be displayed within the solu77 cashier section at the time of transaction. solu77 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with notice provided via the platform or via email.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the solu77 payments team within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Players must ensure that the payment method registered for withdrawals matches the method used for the most recent deposit. solu77 may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding standard thresholds. Withdrawal requests submitted before account KYC verification is completed will be held pending until verification is finalised.

Own Funds Requirement

You warrant that all funds deposited to your solu77 account are from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity or funds belonging to a third party. solu77 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion that deposited funds may be of illicit origin.

Bonus Eligibility

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your solu77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; any unmet bonus balance will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

Bonus Abuse

solu77 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage betting strategies to reduce risk on bonus wagers, coordinating play with other players to manipulate wagering contribution calculations, and any other conduct that in solu77's reasonable judgement constitutes an attempt to exploit the bonus programme in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, solu77 reserves the right to void all bonus balances, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently close the offending account or accounts.

Promotional Calendar

solu77 runs seasonal and event-driven promotions throughout the year aligned with the Bangladesh cultural and sporting calendar, including BPL and IPL cricket seasons, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All such promotions are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific conditions published with the individual offer.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Game Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the solu77 platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or any communication with solu77;
• Using the solu77 platform for any unlawful purpose or in contravention of any applicable law or regulation;
• Registering or operating more than one solu77 account, either in your own name or under assumed identities;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the solu77 platform or payment systems;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other non-human means to place wagers, access the platform, or otherwise interact with solu77's systems;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the solu77 platform infrastructure or game software;
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or game design flaws to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market;
• Abusing the solu77 bonus programme in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, as described in Section 5 above;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing solu77 staff or other platform users via any communication channel;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds sourced from criminal activity or from payment methods not registered in your own name.

Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your solu77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, solu77 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or Closure by solu77

solu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18;
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order, either requested by the player or imposed by solu77;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct has been identified;
• Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• solu77 is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons;
• solu77 reasonably believes that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the solu77 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via their account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned by the solu77 responsible gaming team before the next possible login attempt. During a self-exclusion period, solu77 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from re-registering or accessing the platform. Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your solu77 account for any reason, you forfeit any right to access the platform or its content. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to any deductions solu77 is entitled to make under these Terms. solu77 will retain your account data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations, as described in the solu77 Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, solu77 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of the solu77 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from wagering outcomes, technical malfunctions, unauthorised account access, or reliance on information published on the platform.

solu77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. solu77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious software, and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, network conditions, or circumstances beyond solu77's reasonable control including force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit solu77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
